Guangdong Rui Xiang Aluminum Co., Ltd (“we”, “us”) operates rxaluminum.com and its related inquiry and internal sales tools. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us. For privacy requests, email info@rxaluminum.com.
Information we collect
When you send an inquiry, we receive the details you choose to provide, including your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, inquiry type, product or project requirements, quantity, destination market, and message. If you correspond with us by email, we also receive your messages and any attachments you send.
Our website and security tools may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, request times, cookies, and security events. If you use a website account or a shopping feature, the site may also process the information needed for that feature, such as login or session information.
How we use information
We use inquiry and correspondence information to respond to requests, discuss products and projects, prepare quotations or samples, maintain business records, and provide follow-up service. We use technical information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand use of the website. Where applicable, these activities support steps you request before a contract, our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, and compliance with legal obligations. Where a particular activity requires consent, we will request it separately.
Google-connected mailbox pilot
We are preparing a restricted internal sales mailbox pilot; it is not yet active on the production website. If the mailbox owner authorizes it, the sales tool will request Google’s Gmail read-only and send permissions. Those permissions technically allow the tool to read messages in the authorized mailbox and send messages on the owner’s behalf. During the initial pilot, the tool is configured to import only messages carrying a dedicated test label and dated after the pilot start. To resolve an uncertain sending result, it may also look for a matching message in the mailbox’s Sent folder.
For the visible sales-mail function, the tool may store message and thread identifiers, sender and recipient addresses, subject, message text, dates, locally saved drafts, sending status, attachments or attachment references, and manually chosen links to inquiries or sales records in the website database. Authorized staff can read this information in the restricted sales interface. Sending requires a deliberate user action; the initial pilot sends only to the mailbox owner’s own address. The tool does not modify or delete Gmail messages.
We use information obtained through Google APIs only to provide this user-facing mail function and protect it from errors or abuse. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or credit decisions, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. We do not transfer it to others except as needed to operate the authorized function, for security, or when required by law. Our use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Before any expansion beyond the stated pilot scope or use with real customer correspondence, we will update this notice and the relevant authorization as needed.
Service providers and sharing
We use providers that help host and secure the website and deliver email. Website inquiry records may be stored in our internal sales systems; if a designated Feishu customer-management integration is enabled, inquiry information may also be transferred to that workspace for sales follow-up. We share information only as needed for those functions, with people working on the relevant inquiry, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies, statistics, and embedded content
We use necessary cookies and browser storage for security, requested login or shopping features, and remembering your cookie choices. Optional WP Statistics visit statistics and WooCommerce source-attribution cookies stay off until you allow the statistics category. Embedded Google Maps stays off until you allow maps in Cookie Settings or select the map consent button. You can browse the website and send an inquiry without allowing these optional services.
For the current cookie categories, names, purposes, durations, and provider information, see our Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw your choices using Cookie Settings in the footer. Choices are remembered for 180 days in this browser. Hosting and security logs may still be processed to operate and protect the website, as described in this policy.
Retention and security
We keep inquiries, correspondence, and related sales records for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain the business relationship, provide after-sales service, and meet applicable legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs. Technical records are kept according to their operational or security purpose. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to lawful retention and backup requirements.
We use access controls and secure connections to protect information. Access to the internal sales tools is limited to authorized users. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
International processing and your choices
We operate from Foshan, Guangdong, China. Our hosting, email, and other service providers may process information in other locations. If you wish to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, object to a use, or raise another privacy concern, contact info@rxaluminum.com. We will consider requests under applicable law. A Google account owner can also revoke the sales tool’s access in their Google Account permissions; revocation stops future API access but does not automatically erase records already stored for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website, sales tools, or data practices change. The updated version and date will appear on this page.
